Hansel and Gretel: A Modern Tale
In this modern reinterpretation of the classic story, the project takes the form of a visual essay. In the original tale, Hansel leaves cookie crumbs on the ground to remember his way back home. In this version, that act becomes digital: the witch re-delivers those very cookies through a delivery app, closing the loop between sender and receiver. The work visualizes how technology reshapes old fears into new forms—transforming the path back home into a system of convenience, control, and surveillance.
